The current situation is forcing all of us to do a lot more”lounging’ than usual and this will continue fore the foreseeable future. It is vitally important to still feel good about ourselves and maintain a sense of style. We are all still in the early stages of lockdown so try to keep a routine going and enjoy a little bit of pampering. With most gyms now offering virtual classes and training many of us will find our fitness routines have minimal interruption. In fact many of you have discovered these classes and enrolled as first timers. I am particularly excited that my favourite mind gym (THE DEN MEDITATION CENTRE) in LA now allows me to workout in LA whilst in London !!!
So now maybe is the time to invest and freshen up your workout gear to inspire you in your fitness goals. This active wear looks good enough to wear all day and look stylish.
