JUST DROWSE AND BROWSE JUST ALLOW YOURSELF TO POTTER DO NOTHING EXCEPT NAP, THINK, LIE ON THE SOFA, FLICK THROUGH SOME MAGAZINES OR READ A GREAT BOOK. TRY TO HAVE SOME SILENCE. NO TELEVISION. MAYBE SOME GENTLE MUSIC. IT IS VERY RARE THAT WE AFFORD OURSELVES THIS LUXURY BUT LOCKDOWN IS A PERFECT OPPORTUNITY. YOU WILL BE AMAZED HOW REINVIGORATED YOU WILL FEEL, READY TO FACE THE WORLD AGAIN. TAKE THE PRESSURE OFF FOR ONE DAY.
