  • WHILE DRINKING AND EATING- TURN THE TV OFF . REALLY FOCUS ON THE FOOD ,THE TEXTURE,TASTE,SMELL REALLY SAVOUR EACH MOUTHFUL .EAT SLOWLY AND MINDFUL BREATHING DEEPLY.
