BUT I FEEL THAT INCREASINGLY WE ARE SURROUNDED BY MEDIA AND “EXPERTS” THAT ARE CONTINUALLY TELLING US ITS BAD TO FEEL DOWN AND WE ARE BEING FED AN IDEALISED WORLD WHERE WE ARE ONLY WORTHY IF WE ARE SMILEY AND POSITIVE.

BUT LIFE IS A ROLLERCOASTER (THANKS RONAN FOR THAT ONE !!) A SERIES OF UPS AND YES DOWNS AND WE CAN ONLY RECOGNISE THE UPS BY ACKNOWLEDGING THE DOWNS TOO.

SO THIS WEEK I WANT YOU TO EMBRACE THE IDEA THAT FEELING LOW OR SAD ON ANY GIVEN DAY IS OKAY AND IS IN FACT TOTALLY NORMAL. IT WOULD BE ABNORMAL TO NEVER FEEL DOWN.

THE NEXT DAY YOU FEEL LOW TOTALLY EMBRACE IT . ACKNOWLEDGE HOW YOU FEEL . DO NOTHING BUT …..WALLOW. DONT FIGHT IT , FEEL IT !

TODAY I JUST WANT TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A SINGLE INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT TO FOCUS ON. IT CONTINUES TO BE A DIFFICULT TIME FOR MANY OF US AS WE START TO RE ESTABLISH AND RE BUILD OUR LIVES AS THEY RETURN TO NORMAL. SOME OF US WILL HAVE A NEW NORMAL THAT WE WILL HAVE TO ADJUST TO YET SOME MAYBE EMBRACING THEIR NEW NORMAL.

I SINCERELY HOPE THAT MANY OF MY FOLLOWERS USED THE LOCKDOWN TIME WISELY WITH A PERIOD OF SELF REFLECTION AND MANAGED TO PAUSE AND PRESS A RESET BUTTON TO IMPROVE THEIR LIVES AND RE ESTABLISH PRIORITIES.
