REALLY FOCUS ON ALL THE THINGS YOU LIKE ABOUT YOUR FACIAL FEATURES, YOUR EYES, LIPS EVEN THE LINES YOU HAVE HAD FUN IN EARNING. PARTS OF YOUR BODY YOU LOVE AND THE MIRACLES THAT OCCUR EVERY DAY WITHIN THAT BODY AND OUR LARGELY NEGLECTED FEET THAT SUPPORT US EVERYDAY. PLEASE KEEP THIS POSITIVE AND LEARN TO APPRECIATE……YOU. MANY PEOPLE HAVE NEVER DONE THIS EXERCISE BECAUSE OF LACK OF YOU TIME OR EMBARRASSMENT BUT LEARN TO BE COMFORTABLE ……WITH YOU !
