BEAUTY : ……..AND BREATHE

Breathwork is the new buzzword in the world of beauty. Deep breathing can result in mental, emotional and physical benefits. 80% of us are breathing incorrectly so a Breathwork class can train you to intentionally change your breathing pattern. Consciously breathing with intent. Many of you , I know perform Yoga on a regular basis and will be familiar with Prana breathing deep breathing through the nose.

After attending guided breathwork classes in LA I can honestly say I am much more focussed on my breathing in my everyday schedule and am reaping some noticeable benefits (see below) and i would recommend you to take at least a one:one class with a specialist. With a plethora of new breathwork classes/apps there is no shortage of choice and certainly no excuse for not giving it a go. This could change your life.

Breathwork classes either as a group or one to one have recently seen a surge of popularity and participants are reporting significant benefits. lets face it once we have had one class it is , at least something we can practise at home 24 hours a day.

The correct way of breathing is deep in the diaphragm and not in the chest so your chest and shoulders should be relaxed and not move at all. Engage the abdomen and extend as you INHALE. Using the abs to then decompress to expel the air. This is called BELLY BREATH. You actually have to engage the mind too as this does not come naturally at first.

We all breathed correctly when we entered the world if you watch a baby you will see they automatically breath deep into the abdomen as we get older and life takes over we start to take shallower breaths as stresses and strain of everyday living takes its toll.

BENEFITS OF BREATHING CORRECTLY

BODY……… Deep breathing can reverse the ‘flight or fight’ response that we are naturally conditioned to, where our breathing speeds up and releases a surge of stress hormones eg cortisol and adrenaline. By controlling this stress reaction blood pressure can be lowered, more oxygen is delivered into your body which in turn removes carbon. The immune system is boosted. Energy levels are raised and the mind is calmed.85% of our energy amazingly comes from the breath. Even pain can be relieved.

SKIN………Clearly oxygenating our cells is a key factor in beautiful skin. That is why we spend billions each year on creams, serums and facials. But the best way of oxygenating our cells 24/7 is ….yes you guessed it…….by breathing correctly. The lymphatic system is boosted leading to a disposal of toxins. This slows down the ageing of the skin and has skin healing benefits. There are also claims that it improves Eczema.

WEIGHT…… Correct breathing aids weight loss. Well these reports maybe slightly exaggerated. However if you have an overeating problem caused by stress or emotional trauma or past baggage and breathwork calms you down then I can see there maybe a correlation. Breathing correctly can balance things out.

INSOMNIA…I use my new developed breathing skills to aid my sleep at night. You will be astonished at how rhythmic deep breathing and consciously slowing the breathing right down can rapidly send you into a deep sleep with no other aids.

SPIRITUALITY..

The breath and more importantly the concentration of the breath is instrumental for the fusion of the mind and body. Your contact increases to the subconscious mind and allows the mind to find stillness and serenity. Concentrated breath of course is fundamental to meditation and cannot be achieved without mastering this at the outset. Harmony can be restored.

BEAUTY: HOW TO SELF TAN

…….WITH STYLE.

Yes girls and boys the warmer weather is here and Summer is on its way so lets get self tanning !

If you are still getting this wrong I think you are probably using the wrong product. There are soo many bad tanning products on the market even in this advanced area of the beauty market. I have tried practically EVERY tanning product on the market, all the ones recommended by magazine beauty editors ( who are usually on advertising endorsements). So listen up ladies (and gentlemen) I am going to let you into an insider secret (unsponsored !!) CLARINS SELF TANNING MILKY LOTION wins by a country mile. So the first thing to do is arm yourself with the right product and a good body brush!

The King of All Self Tan Products

Here are some more that I love…….

PLEASE CLICK ON THE URL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE VIEWING THE IMAGES.

SELF TAN SHOP

PREP, PREP, PREP

  • Shower
  • Shave Legs and bikini line. Self tanning after waxing can lead to little bumps and rashes.
  • Exfoliate . No need to splash out on expensive exfoliators. Use sugar and olive oil combined. Pay particular attention to elbows and knees.
  • Body brush in long upward strokes to polish the surface of the skin.
  • Dry yourself thoroughly.
IN THE BATHROOM

APPLICATION

  • There is no real need to use gloves for Clarins Self Tanning Milk it is not messy. But wash your hands in between the application especially if you have fake nails as they do get stained within minutes with any self tan product.
  • Use long sweeping motions. I personally think you get a more even coverage than circular motions as we are often advised.
  • Pay particular attention to feet and hands.
  • Use less product on knees and elbows.
  • If you have a partner get them to do your back. I never do my back as this product leaves a beautiful golden glow rather than a muddy dark tan, so it blends seamlessly. Anyway whoever sees your back AND your front at the same time ???
  • I also us t the Clarins Self tan on my face but use sparingly all you want is a light golden healthy glow.
  • DO NOT GET DRESSED IMMEDIATELY. With any self tan product you want it to set evenly. The last thing a girl needs is self tan on her clothes. Wait an hour. Do the vacuuming naked. Whatever. Patience girls !

Now you are ready to face the world with a beautiful healthy glow. Who needs to bake for hours in the sunshine. Although it is important to get a healthy dose of Vitamin D from the sunlight EVERY day. Good for bones and great for seratonin to lift your spirit. Everyone is happy when the sun is shining !

JOJOS STYLELIST TIP: Self tan is available in many guises. Towelettes, mist, gel, cream, spray, mousse, drops .or oil never has there been so much choice . Although there are still bad self tan formulas on the market so it is all about buy and try to find the perfect one for you.

BEAUTY:HOW TO MULTITASK YOUR BEAUTY ROUTINE

We are all short of time and as we get older there seems to soon much more maintenance required to looking good. So I am going to show you how to maximise your beauty routine to look and feel your very best in the minimum time. As like you , I am extremely busy I feel I have perfected multitasking in many areas of my life it may feel difficult to start with but it will soon become habit. Remember girls and boys it takes 21 days of repetition to form a habit.

First of all invest in a Prana/ bed of nails mat. These can be expensive up to £200 but Base Yoga are currently selling them for £21.99 on Amazon.co.uk.

Base Yoga Amazon £21.99

These mats are acupressure mats it really is like an acupuncture session it is fantastic for blood flow, cellulite and energy. I lie on mine EVERY morning for 20 minutes . In that 20 minutes I manage to do the following.

  • Hair Mask(weekly) my personal favourite is the Reincarnation Mask, Bleach London £7.50. This works I promise you. Every other day before I wash my hair I massage organic sesame oil into my hair at this time.
Bleach London £7.50
  • LED Facial Mask Dr Dennis Gross £430 Cult Beauty. I put this on daily to boost the collagen and give my skin a radiant glow. This has made a big difference to my skin. I know this is expensive but you can use this time to put a layer of Vitamin C on your skin and allow to sink in slowly.Super Facialist Vit C and glow serum £17 is fab ! Once a week replace this with a sheet mask . Whatever mask you use ensure it is a no rinse mask just massage the goodness into your skin. To save time.
Dr Dennis Gross Spectralite £430
  • I oil my body with organic sesame oil massaging into knees and elbows ,fingers and toes to help the joints and ageing of these areas. Prior to showering. Rinse off your skin will be smooth and silky.
  • Rub whitening toothpaste/coconut oil onto your teeth for extra whitening and sparkle.
  • Skin softener on the feet every day. Once a week foot peel socks or mask for beautiful feet. If you pay attention to your feet daily it saves so much time and is nigh on impossible to remove hard skin once its built up.
Superdrug £10
  • Finally meditate while your laying there all relaxed for 20 minutes.
  • Jump in the shower and rinse it all off.

Once this becomes habit you will get faster at your preparation stage.

All this while my new RoboVAC (who has become my pet ) cleans the house!

My New Baby ! The Robovac !

MORE QUICK HACKS

Instead of spending time drying (or overdrying) your hair and styling it. Quick rough dry pop in some big velcro rollers for smooth and bouncy hair. Do your make up, get dressed take the rollers out and voila ! Good to go.

On the assumption no one does their own manicures and pedicures anymore. Next time you are in your nail bar have them both done at the same time whilst getting your eyebrows threaded, whilst the massage chair gives you a thorough pummelling.

Getting It All Done in One Appointment

Fast beauty fixes I love it.

Now I do realise we all have different routines and you may want to relax more and do this in the evening or on a weekly basis rather than a daily basis. The key here is routine. Organise yours …..then create the habit.

JOJOS STYLIST TIP: TIME IS PRECIOUS ……BUT SO IS FEELING GOOD AND LOOKING GOOD. YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL WITH A LITTLE BIT OF PLANNING. WORK OUT WHAT FEELS GOOD FOR YOU !

EYEBROW MASTERCLASS

EYEBROWS ARE HAVING A MOMENT IT IS ALL ABOUT THE BROW !AS A MAKE UP ARTIST MOST QUESTIONS I GET ASKED ARE BROW RELATED. AS YOU GET OLDER EYEBROWS START TO DISAPPEAR NOT JUST THE SHADE AS THE COLOUR FADES BUT ALSO THE SHAPE AND DEFINITION. PAST TRENDS HAVE CAUSED US TO OVER PLUCK AND HORMONES CAUSE BROWS TO FALL OUT AND NEVER GROW BACK. CERTAINLY MY OWN BROWS HAVE GOT SHORTER AND FINISH MIDWAY SO MY BROWS NEED ATTENTION AS PART OF MY DAILY ROUTINE.

THE IMPORTANCE OF BROWS CANNOT BE UNDERPLAYED THEY FRAME YOUR FACE MAKE YOUR EYES LOOK CLEARER AND THE LENGTHEN OF BROWS CAN MAKE YOUR EYES LOOK WIDER.

THE TREND RIGHT NOW IS FOR LOW ARCH , THICK CLEARLY DEFINED DARKER BROWS. SO TODAY WE ARE GOING TO SHOW YOU HOW TO ACHIEVE THIS IN OUR MASTERCLASS.

TOOLS

Tools

FIRST LETS GATHER ALL OUR TOOLS

  • EYEBROW STENCILS (EYELURE £4.95)
  • TWEEZERS (I LOVE TWEEZERMAN FROM £19.95)
  • MAGNIFYING MIRROR
  • PENCIL SHARPENER
  • BROW BRUSH AND COMB
  • SMALL ANGLED WEDGED BRUSH
  • EYE PENCIL (I USE CHANEL LE CRAYON SOURCILS 40 £23)WHICH HAS A SPOOLIE ON THE END
  • POMADE (ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS £19)
  • GEL (LEGENDARY BROWS TILBURY £18.50)
  • HIGHLIGHTER PENCIL

COLOUR

IN THE PAST THE ADVICE WAS ALWAYS TO MATCH YOUR HAIR COLOUR BUT THE CURRENT TREND IS TO GO A SHADE DARKER . EXCEPTION IS IF YOU HAVE BLACK HAIR YOUR BROWS SHOULD BE A SHADE LIGHTER. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE BLONDE HAIR AS BROWN TEND TO LOOK REDDISH ON FAIR BROWS SO I WOULD TEND TO GO FOR A DARKER GREYISH TONE.

SHAPE

TAKE THE EYEBROW PENCIL AND HOLD IT PERPENDICULAR AT THE WIDEST PART OF YOUR NOSE THIS WILL INDICATE WHERE YOUR BROWS SHOULD START SO MARK A POINT WITH THE PENCIL. KEEPING THE BASE OF THE PENCIL WHERE IT IS SWING IT TO THE CENTRE OF YOUR IRIS THIS WILL INDICATE WHERE THE ARCH SHOULD BE. MARK WITH ANOTHER DOT. SWING THE PENCIL TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE EYE THIS IS WHERE THE BROW SHOULD END. MARK THIS POINT. TRICK: IF YOU EXTEND YOUR BROW A LIITLE LONGER PAST THIS POINT CAN REALLY WIDEN SMALL EYES.

NOW CHOOSE THE STENCIL SHAPE YOU PREFER . I CHOOSE SLIM ARCH AS IT IS CLOSEST TO MY OWN BROW. STARTING WITH THE FIRST DOT. HOLD TH STENCIL STILL AS YOU COLOUR IN THE BASE COLOUR WITH THE PENCIL. ENSURING YOUR PENCIL IS SHARPENED TO GIVE LIGHT FEATHERY STROKES. ADJUST OR EXTEND THE LENGTH TO THE FINAL DOT.

Stencilling

TIDY

US THE BROW BRUSH TO BLEND THEN BRUSH BROWS UPWARDS. FOR COMPLETELY DEFINED BROWS YOU MAY NEED TO TRIM ANY LOOSE HAIRS OUSIDE OF YOUR NEW SHAPE. TWEEZE BELOW THE BROW OUTSIDE OF THE SHAPE. IT IS OPTIONAL IF YOU FEEL YOU NEED TO PLUCK ABOVE THE SHAPE IF YOU HAVE HAD THEM THREADED PREVIOUSLY YOU WILL PROBABLY NEED TO DO THIS. IT DOES GIVE A CLEAN LINE. USE YOUR MAGNIFYING MIRROR TO ENSURE YOU HAVE ALL THE STRAY HAIRS.

FILL

NOW TAKE THE POMADE WHICH IS A WAXY COLOUR AND YOUR SMALL ANGLED BRUSH. USING SMALL UPWARD STROKES COLOUR IN OVER THE PENCIL TO GIVE A PRECISE LONGER LASTING FINISH. USE THE SPOOLIE IF YOU GO OUTSIDE OF THE LINE TO CORRECT MISTAKES.

FINISH

USE A SETTING GEL TO FINISH AND SET THE EYEBROWS OR EVEN A SMALL AMOUT OF HAIRSPRAY ON THE BROW COMB AND COMBED THROUGH. THIS WILL ENSURE BEAUTIFUL BROWS ALL DAY !!!

TRICK: I LIKE TO DRAW A SMALL HIGHLIGHTER PENCIL AROUND THE BROW TO GIVE THEM A NICE EDGE. IF ANY OF YOU INVESTED IN THE NYX WONDER PENCIL MENTIONED IN MY PREVIOUS BLOG THIS CLEAR LIP PENCIL IS PERFECT FOR THIS.

SPARSE BROWS

THERE ARE MANY PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO FILL IN BROWS CONTAINING FIBRES TO BUILD ON THE HAIRS ALREADY THERE. WUNDERBROW FIBRE FILLER £19.95 IS VERY GOOD.

TATOO BROW BY MAYBELLINE £7.65 IS A PEEL OFF GEL TINT THAT LASTS FOR 3 DAYS AVAILABLE IN DARK BLONDE, MEDIUM BROWN AND DARK BROWN.

FOR A MORE PERMANENT FINISH MICROBLADING IS THE BEST OPTION IT LAST BETWEEN 1-3 YEARS. A TATOOING TECHNNIQUE WHERE SEMI PERMANENT COLOUR IS TATOOED USING HAIR LIKE .STROKES. FROM £200 UPWARDS.

SO GIRLS (AND BOYS!) NO EXCUSES FOR IMPERFECT BROWS ……GET PRACTISING.

JOJOS STYLELIST TIP: REMEMBER EYEBROWS ARE SISTERS NOT TWINS THEY ARE UNLIKELY TO BE IDENTICAL

This can be done girls, with forward thinking and planning there will be no need to skimp on beauty. 5 CULT BEAUTY PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT WORK

LET ME SPEND MY MONEY SO YOU DONT HAVE TO……

One of many things that improve as you get older is not to take the beauty industry that seriously. You understand that beauty editorial of the next batch of “must have” products are normally funded by spend on advertisement in the magazine, free products etc. I know many people in the industry and most of those beauty writers have never even tried the products and certainly not for any length of time. Of course some of these beauty buys may deserve cult status so I decided to try some at my own expense. I get so annoyed at the dreams we are sold as women and spend a lot of money on products that don’t live up to the hype. This is completely unfunded unbiased approach and I have tried each one for 6 months and the following did not work for ME and in some cases made matters worse !

Bottom Of The Class

LASH SLICK £14

Glossier’s first ever mascara. Promises to lift, curl, sculpt, lengthen and enhance the look of your natural lashes. This brand was only launched in 2018 but Vogue Magazine featured it heavily and I attended a Vogue afternoon to launch the brand to its customers. Now, I understand the brand likes the no make up , make up look that I advocate for us older women but with mascara you really do want it to make a difference. What is the point of a mascara that looks natural ? You may as well apply a little vaseline. I have naturally long lashes but I personally felt that I still had to apply several coats to make a difference on any of its promises. After so many coats my eyelashes were so brittle and hard that it had the appearance of a cheap mascara . The price was fair but then it is expensive if it does not work. Nothing still beats Estee Lauder Sumptuous Extreme Mascara and I have tried practically every one on the market.

PILLOW PLUMP £10

Soap and Glorys offering from Boots is well priced if you want to try it yourself. I so wanted this to work as I would love plumper lips without resorting to filler. So much so I have now tried this for a whole year in the interest of science. Claims to help increase the skins natural levels of hyaluronic acid ??? It has a real tingly feeling to trick you into thinking something is happening but alas no, no ,no. Normally menthol is the ingredient that causes the tingle. The lip gloss is very sticky and the smell is sweet and cloying quite nauseating. This product is aimed at teenagers, I feel but those in search of the miraculous claims made by this product ……..don”t bother . NO PLUMPER LIPS !

OLAPLEX No 3 £24 (100ml)

Consistently overhyped by beauty editors this ‘Hair Perfector’ probably was the worst product I have ever used. Claims that this product seeks out broken bonds in the hair (by chemical, thermal and mechanical damage) and repairs them restoring compromised hair to former glory. Well my hair started lovely and became dry and brittle after using this ‘hair perfector’. Even my hairdresser noticed but told me to carry on with the treatment for 6 months as it takes time to work but my hair just got worse and was drying it out so I abandoned this one before the 6 months is up. Have read several reviews for this product that have said exactly the same. Strange considering the claims. An expensive mistake.

VIRTUE THE POLISH £19

A leave in hair conditioner that claims to smooth hair and eliminate frizz and lock out humidity. Sorry to choose another hair product but this is one of the fastest growing parts of the beauty market with hyped up prices to match the hyped up claims. Would not normally spend £19 on a hair conditioner but as someone whose hair frizzes up at the first sight of humidity or rain really wanted to try this product much loved ……by beauty editors. Considered a cult beauty product. Oh dear it did not “tame, calm or transform” there are very mixed reviews but general consensus seems to be not to blow dry but leave to dry naturally so good for curls. But if you want a sleek smooth glossy look do not use this just use Moroccan Oil works every time on wet or dry hair ! My go to product.

COVER FX BLURRING PRIMER £30

Want “skin perfection” then give this a miss. May work on younger skins but as you know I am not a lover of primer on more mature skins but this one claims to “instantly minimise the appearance of fine lines to create a super smooth flawless airbrushed look”. No. It drew attention to my fine lines making them LESS fine . A light cc cream on its own will give you a more flawless look. Although I will point out Cover FX do use healthy vegan free ingredients they say. But pricey. Marie Claire Magazine rated this as the best primer for radiance and primer. But I disagree . Maybe for a younger oily skin this would be great but to all my followers don’t waste your money on this one.

So there you have it my fellow stylelistas I hope I have saved you some money this week. These five products are all currently high on Beauty Editors lists and consistently win awards in all the magazines. But I would encourage you to read INDEPENDENT reviews from genuine consumers like this one. Be careful you are not reading reviews sponsored by the actual Company or retailer designed to sell you these dreams in a bottle.

JOJOS STYLELIST TIP: BUY THE SMALLEST SIZE TO TRY OR EVEN ASK THE RETAILER FOR A SAMPLE SIZE. EXPENSIVE DOES NOT EQUAL EFFECTIVE ON THE CONTRARY THE CHEAPER MORE NATURAL PRODUCTS ARE THE MOST EFFECTIVE. SEE PREVIOUS ARTICLE ON COCONUT OIL !

DISCOVER MAKE UP TRICKS TO LOOK YOUNGER

Making up your face has some very different rules as we get older most advice you see in magazines relate to much younger women. as a make up artist I want to give you some tried and tested hacks to create a more youthful glow. Basically it is all about gloss and glow as we get older and less is more. How do we achieve the “no make up ” make up look to make us look radiant and healthy ? Read on……….

THE BASE.

The general advice is to use primer. No no no. This creates a matt finish and tends to make Foundation sit in the crease and highlights lines and wrinkles. So no primer. I am a big advocate of using facial oil in the mornings or even an oil based cleanser. It does give a lovely dewy glow. A word on foundations do not use a matt foundation. A light base with light reflecting particles is much more flattering. A cc tinted moisturiser works well.

CONTOURING AND HIGHLIGHTING.

Now you can be the master of all you survey. I tend once again to steer away from the powders that you girls use but use the Chubby Stick from Clinique. One for contouring and one for highlighting. Cream based. Now ,like a colouring book contour on the parts you want to play down e.g. jawline, sides of nose, hollows of cheeks and highlight the parts you want to see e.g. cheekbones, centre of nose, cupids bow. Highlighting is important as you get older it really can lift a face. Choose products to suit your budget but choose a cream based one.

EYEBROWS.

Very important to define your brows. This will instantly lift your face. I am going to do an eyebrow masterclass in the coming weeks as it is so important. Eyebrows need to be a shade darker than your hair. There are many products from pencils, wax, dye, fibre thickening and stencils it is whole industry but deserves an article in its own right. But for now just make sure you have neat defined eyebrows to frame your face.

EYE MAKE UP.

You will hate me for this one. Throw the eye shadow/cream in the bin. Our eyelids wrinkle rapidly as we grow older don’t draw attention to them. I do think coloured eye shadows are ageing if you have to then go neutral. I prefer to use just an eyeglosser , Kevin Aucoin has a delicious little pot of eyeglass with a shimmer you can use this across the cheekbones and on the lips. I simply love a multi use product. But then use lashings of mascara !!!

STILL ON EYES.

This trick will make your eyes look whiter, wider and more awake. Use a white pencil to colour the inside corners of the eyes and the outside corners of the eyes. Then run the pencil along the inner rim of the eye. Watch them sparkle !! I use BENEFIT EYEBRIGHT.

LIPS.

If your lips are thinning or you are developing liplines as I have (too much kissing !! Never smoked ) then no dark or matt lipsticks. This will make your lips look thinner and can bleed into lines. Luckily its all about the nude lips. Choose a nude to suit your skin tone It can take weeks to find your perfect nude. Charlotte Tilbury has a massive choice. My personal favourite is a gloss by Tom Ford Absolute Peach but it is about to be discontinued !!!!!!! Heeelllllpppp ! if you find your perfect nude in a lipstick then I would definitely slick some clear gloss over the top to make the lips look fuller.

LIP LINERS

Now I have a secret weapon. It is a neutral lip liner , the WONDER PENCIL from NYX to prevent lips from bleeding and give definition to the lip . If you go along the outside of your lips slightly it will make them look fuller and pouty.

Two of my favourite products

FIXING SPRAY

Now I hope you are all using Fixing Spray to set your look. This must be a dewy one for more mature skins. The best on the market is probably the cheapest on the market. Barry M FLAWLESS MIST & FIX in dewy finish. Roughly about £5.95. Sets your make up and leaves skin looking dewy and refreshed all day !!

If you need a visual look at make up for more mature skins then checkout my youtube tutorial below

JOJOS STYLELIST TIP: USING LESS MORE NEUTRAL COLOURS IS LESS AGEING THEN TRYING TO OVER COMPENSATE WITH BRIGHT COLOURS AND LAYERING MAKE UP.

CELLULITE : Do Creams Work ?

This is the shortest post ever…….. NO !

Let me expand

I have never believed that rubbing chemically laden product into toxic cells really worked. More toxins on toxins ? If anything, can further compound the issue and force the cells to have to work harder to expunge more chemical waste.

I am very careful about using chemical products on my body where I rarely see the benefits. I can recommend daily body brushing before your shower to boost the circulation and cold water on the area for the same reason. Any benefit from applying product is normally from the consistent massage but instead of splurging on expensive product selling you hopes and dreams the same benefit can be gained from organic ,virgin cold pressed sesame or coconut oil.

One of my rituals each morning is to massage organic sesame oil into my body paying particular attention to thighs, elbows and knees.Really squeezing the toxins out you can actually hear any fluid in the cells popping. On hair washing days I also massage into my hair. Leaving it to sink in as I do my morning meditation and gratitude prayer. After rinsing in the shower you are left with silky glowing skin . Not only does this aid smooth skin but also it is a beautiful ritual to thank your body for all it does for you. It is very easy to do for yourself. Although I use organic coconut oil for everything ( even cleaning my house!!) I prefer to use the sesame oil so I don’t smell like a coconut all day. Both are far cheaper than the chemically laden expensive cellulite creams that really don’t work and can actually exacerbate the condition. The power is in circulation and massage.

I am in my fifties and I really don’t have a problem with cellulite (although we all have a bit) after following this regular regime combined with daily yoga……oh and of course a good diet and cutting down on processed food. Back to those chemicals again that don’t belong in the body !

So Ladies I hope this helps build your army in the battle against cellulite.
